- Marketing and marketing strategies
- Operational strategy
- Human resources
- Accounting and financial considerations
- The global environment of business
Students will have the opportunity to explore the above business concepts in a variety of ways, for example, case studies, presentations, discussions, essays and marked work. Whilst there is an element of academic skill required, there is also a considerable requirement for common sense and problem-solving. This is an ideal qualification for anyone seeking to better understand the business world.
Progression Opportunities
Students may wish to consider further academic study at university related to business. Many universities and employer/training providers recognise the value of a business qualification.
